A: We have really factory with our own stamping workshop, we can supply panel, bottom, body, chimney to our customers.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our OMQ is 100pcs for one model, can mix 3-4models for one 40HQ container as a trial order.
Q: What's the delivery time ?
A: First order, need 30-35 days after received deposit.
Repeat order, can finish within 20-25 days after received deposit.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: Usually is 1 year. 1% FOC spare parts and 3 years of motor during the warranty period.
Q: How to visit your factory?
A: We locate in Dongfeng town, Zhongshan city. From Guangzhou to our factory about an hour, we can pick you up by car to our factory for free or you can take railway from South station of Guangzhou to Xiaolan station of Zhongshan.
